How Does AutoMatic Fleet Management Work?

1. Our fleet owner customer makes an agreement with the Petrol Office representative to become a Fleet Management customer and benefit from the opportunities.

2. Our customer's information, vehicle license plates and fuel types used are recorded in the Petrol Office Fleet Management System.

3. Our customer installs the device with the password given specifically to her and starts purchasing fuel from Petrol Office stations on the day of the installation.

4. When the driver arrives at Petrol Office Station and places the fuel gun into the tank, the system recognizes the vehicle and fuel purchase takes place automatically.

5. After purchasing fuel, the purchase amount is not collected at that time, the cash register receipt containing the information that it will be invoiced later is automatically removed from the system. The driver who receives this voucher continues on his way without making any payment or wasting any time.

6. It issues invoices for petroleum fuel purchases twice a month, on the 15th and last day of each month, and sends the invoice to the customer.

7. Our customer can access the Fleet Management System usage information from any place and time via the website or our mobile application with the password given to her.
